I have used a few blenders in my time and honestly - I hate dealing with them. They`re bulky, hard to clean, loud, and don`t always chop items up to the right consistency. It`s either not enough or way too much. Fast forward to now, they have something called
Nutri Ninja Nutri Bowl DUO with Auto-iQ Boost - sounds pretty serious. And it is! You can grab one for yourself for just $122.61 currently on Amazon, which is a bit cheaper than the usual listed price of $139.99. Here`s the basics:

Still not sure? Well, let me tell you about my experience with it. Just read on.
Okay, so my first initial thought, besides how incredibly awesome this looks, is that it is still pretty heavy like other blenders. So that much hasn`t changed over the years unless you want to go with a small little personal blender. However, unlike the "old school" traditional blenders with the heavy glass pitcher (gosh those things were horrible!), this one allows you to change between a couple of different blending jar options; all of which are plastic and light weight might I add!
You get the choice of the bowl, which is already attached when you purchase it, a 24 ounce bottle or a 32 ounce bottle. I`m used the 24 ounce and the bowl so far and well - they`re both just as good. Basically, it just depends what you are making. If you are making a juice, smoothie, milk shake, or something of that sort, use one of the bottle options. Everything else, use the bowl. Of course, that`s just my recommendation. Once you decided between using the bottle or bowl, you`re ready to make your concoction!
Now, what I love is that not only do you get easy to read and easy to follow instructions when you purchase the Nutri Ninja, but they also provide a recipe book as well. In the very beginning of the book, before you even get started, it has useful tips such as when to use the IQ boost setting and which way to layer your items for the best blending results - rather than just tossing them in there any which way. I never realized it made a difference to be honest; until now.
For those of you who haven`t read up on the IQ Boost, the Auto-iQ programs have unique pausing and pulsing patterns to deliver smoothies, juices, and desserts- intelligence at the touch of a button. I absolutely LOVE the setting and have used it every time I`ve used this blender thus far.
Other neat features of this blender include extraction and and fusion options. With Nutrient & Vitamin Extraction and Pro Extractor Blades Assembly you can easily break down whole foods, seeds, ice, and nuts to create nutrient-rich ingredients in unique forms like smoothies, shots, pops, and purees. While the Nutri Bowl paired with Ninja`s Precision Prep blades brings fresh, wholesome ingredients together to make flavorful Nutrient Fusion meals, snacks and desserts from proteins, vegetables, whole grains, fruits, nuts, and your favorite cooking and baking ingredients - you can even make dough. With Nutrient Extraction and Nutrient Fusion you can Elevate the Everyday by Making it a NU Day! It even has a countdown timer that displays how much time remains on the Auto-iQ settings, or counts up to track blending time when using manual speeds.
Basically, there`s a lot to this small blender. I first used it to make me a smoothie. I have a vanilla protein mix and well... I`m horrible and manually blending. It always leaves chunks. Yuck! So I had tried it with my small personal blender. Left too many larger chunks of ice so that was a fail. So, I figured, for me, this would be the ultimate test of how well it works. I added in the powder, milk, some almond extract and a bunch of ice. I selected the Auto-iQ Boost along with the smoothie option. I was afraid it`d over blend it and make it liquid like my past blenders did. However, when it was done and I opened it, it was perfection! I was honestly surprised with how well it really worked. No chunks of ice, yet still smoothie thick. It could have been thicker, but I`d have had to add more ice. I was super impressed! So I twisted on a cap so I could drink straight from the bottle vessel and went on about my day!
Next, I had some medium grain pink Himalayan rock salt. I needed a fine grain so I could make my
homemade bath scrub. So I added what I had to the bowl, which filled it about half way up, and selected the Auto-iQ boost and left it on whatever default settings came up and hit start. I let it blend for roughly 25 seconds and it was perfect. It wasn`t too thin and was just enough to make the grit for my scrub!
I cannot say enough how awesome this blender is. It`s super easy to use, easy to clean and I have yet to have any problems with it. I love how it seems to grip to my counter top and not slide around and move. Also, I had no issues with leaking either. Just make sure you screw all cap on tight and properly. If you have a lot of ice in the vessel this could make it a bit tricky. If you find you`re having trouble, take out some ice, blend, then add more ice as needed. That will resolve that issue. As far as loudness goes - it`s like any other blender. I have yet to discover a quiet one. I just wanted to make mention of it as I`m sure that is something many people wonder when it comes to deciding on a new blender.
If you`re considering a new blender, I can
highly recommend this one. It is honest the absolute
best one I have ever owned. Plus, it`s not too expensive. It`s a higher end blender so you will pay more than for just a basic one, but it is honestly well worth it. It`s great for cooking, baking, homemade items, spices, etc. The list could go on.
